Recruitment Officer

Job Summary

The role is primarily responsible for recruitment and placement, reporting and supporting recruitment administration tasks for the outsourced staff in APSARA Project. The Recruitment Executive will work closely with HRBP, APSARA Supervisors, and another related stakeholder to ensure placements of vacancies are filled on time.

Job Description (Responsibilities)

  • Recruit applicants through different channels (i.e. job ads, referrals, social and professional networks, etc.), and maintain their profiles in a proper database;

  • Work with Digital Marketing, Communication, and IT team to design and produce job announcement materials. Provides job announcement poster/other related tools to APSARA Supervisors for sharing and boosting in their areas.

  • Take lead in proposing to HRBP for attending various networking events (i.e. career fair, walk in interview, university career workshop) to look for potential applicants;

  • Source, interview job seekers and prepare a shortlist of applicants for prospective APSARA Supervisor or Line Manager.

  • Go on field recruitment and attachment when it is required.

  • Check references and suitability of applicants before referral to APSARA Supervisor/Line Manager when required.

  • Follow up with APSARA Supervisors for the performance of recruiting applicants under their areas and keep daily tracking.

  • Build a pool of candidates, which are relevant to the positions of existing staff outsourcing projects and/or upcoming new roles.

  • Properly track and update recruitment applicant properly in both sharepoint and ATS

  • Build relationships with APSARA Supervisor, Payroll & Compliance Officer; Marketing & Communication & IT Team, other colleagues, and management to get good collaboration and support.

  • Prepare talents management related report including staffing report, sup and lady vacancy report, outlet status, 1DFR and score card for HRBP.

  • Performed other tasks as required from time to time.

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related fields

  • At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment

  • Pleasant personality with good written, communication& interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Good planning and organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Competent in using Microsoft Office, Internet, emails, etc.

  • Able to travel to province
