System Tester and System Rollout
Job Summary
System Tester and Rollout are responsible for supporting the rollout and adoption of Company’s DDT and DCODE systems by testing new tools, training distributors, and providing first-level support. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system transition, executed rollout plans, delivered on-site and remote support, and documented processes and feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
Involve in testing the new system that is used to support Company distributor. Key tasks included:
Testing DDT and DCODE
Act as champion to train Company distributors on how to use DDT and DCODE efficiently
Be the first point of contact for any questions that Company distributor may have during the first 2 months of DDT and DCODE usage.
Work jointly with DT owner, DT operator, salesmen, drivers and picker to deliver smooth transition based on tools that Company gave.
Execute the rollout of DDT and DCODE based on Company Cambodia rollout plan.
Provide on-site and remote support during system installations and upgrades.
Document deployment procedures and user feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Specification (Requirements)
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
No specific experience required. If have experience in training or system testing, it will be a plus.
Ability to work with Excel, Pivot, and PowerPoint.
Basic to intermediate understanding of how an application works.
Excellent communication. Able to de-escalate conflict is a plus.
Willing to travel to rural areas is a must.
Able to communicate in native language and English.
