Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

The role is primarily responsible in recruiting and managing Sales Promoter’s performance & compliance as well as preparing required reports and pushing sales to achieve target.

Job Description (Responsibilities)

  • Able to meet hiring quotas & ensure the placement sales promoter in pending outlet is on time

  • Manage Sales Promoter attendance, leaves, and performance

  • Build and maintain a good communication and relationship with all key stakeholders including SP (lady), store owners, DE, ASM, AIM team and others.

  • Guide and follow up with lady about company rules and regulation including grooming and other standards

  • Measure and enhance lady skills (selling and communication skills) by a close monitoring, evaluating, and coaching them.

  • Verifying& update the respective outlets database on daily basis.

  • Assist sales promoters in solving problem with outlet owner and trade issues. 

  • Manage distribution and to ensure that all sales promoters achieve their set target.

  • Guide, follow up, grooming, uniform, coaching, monitoring, evaluate, selling skill and motivate sales promoters.

  • Support lady in convincing store owners to order more stock

  • Continuously review the sales performance of the SP and outlets by reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly sales of Lady and outlets to enhance effective coverage (service and distribution).

  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales report to ASM and other reports as required

  • Ensure that all retail outlets within the assigned territory are well stocked and well visibility according to planogram with company product.

  • Ensure all merchandising & POSM adhere to guideline as per the Trade Marketing Toolkit.

  • Ensure NPD distribution in outlets.   

  • Reviewing the allocation & types of POSM to outlets to ensure marketing guideline are adhering to.

  • Prepare Monthly Activation Show route maps plan and keep tracking Activation Show activity, performance, and prepare report

  • Assist in implementing promotional activities as assigned.

Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • University Degree in related field

  • Experience in working in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry

  • Ability to communicate in both English and Khmer (both written and speaking)

  • Possess good communication, team & people management, and field management

  • Good at coaching, problem solving, and decision-making skill.

  • Computer Skills (MS. Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Result oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Be able to travel to provinces
