Sales Execution System & Admin Executive
Job Summary
The Sales Execution System & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting sales execution activities through accurate SEM Outlet Execution Check setup, promotion implementation, data reporting, and administrative coordination. The role works closely with Channel Marketing, SFA, SA, DOT, DIS, and related teams to ensure systems, surveys, promotions, and execution audits are properly set up, monitored, and completed with high accuracy. This position also supports process documentation, POSM coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives
to strengthen sales execution performance.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
The successful candidate plays a role in directly driving quality & aligned setup of SEM Outlet Execution Check of PICOS against the Monthly/quarterly sales KPIs which SEM OEC setup consists of “Touchpoint, Availability, Stock Count, Quality, Price, Asset Availability and Asset Compliance. As a part of sales execution, it also included SEM Survey.
During the PICOS 3.0 execution launch, the successful candidate will play an important role in reviewing the current SEM marketing list and OEC setup and re-organize to standardize to avoid any bugs happening and allow other Key Users to overcheck and support if there is any bugs. A candidate needs to work closely with SFA owner and SA as it’s critical to ensure ease of integration, ensure the zero bugs/errors/mis-setup and as future-proofing PICOS execution by OpCo
Manage on DOT (B2B) and DIS promotion setup and implementation from end2end which works closely with Channel Marketing team, DOT PO and DIS team
Play a part as a reporting specialist which provides data available in SEM backend & and reporting related to SEM Outlet Execution.
The incumbent will also support AI robot audit initiative and pilot.
Process memo both internal and external by working closely with channel Marketing after getting approval from management.
Coordinate with CP&A on POSM allocation and delivery status.

Job Specification (Requirements)
University graduate with at least 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in FMCG, sales execution, trade marketing, business administration, data reporting, or related fields.
Good understanding of the beer industry and company business model is preferred; candidates with FMCG experience will have an advantage.
Basic Microsoft Office skills are required. Advanced Excel capability is a strong advantage, especially the ability to work with data, reports, and basic analysis.
Willing and able to conduct ONT outlet visits during evening or nighttime when required, including visits to restaurants, bars, pubs, or clubs to understand business situations. These visits are not regular but may be required from time to time.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Khmer, including email writing and coordination with people across different departments.
