NAO Supervisor
Job Summary
NAO Supervisor will guide, coach, and monitor NAO members to enhance their recruitment and
communication skills. They will track daily recruitment activities, assist in resolving issues, and
ensure that all NAO members achieve their targets. The role also involves generating reports,
preparing recruitment route maps, and continuously reviewing performance to optimize coverage
and effectiveness.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
Able to meet hiring quotas & ensure the placement NAO in pending area is on time
Manage NAO attendance, leaves, and performance
Build and maintain a good communication and relationship with all key stakeholders including NAO, DT/SD team and others
Guide and follow up with NAO about company rules and regulations including
grooming and other standards
Measure and enhance NAO skills (Recruit and communication skills) by close
monitoring, evaluating, and coaching them
Verifying& update the respective outlets recruit daily
Assist NAO in solving problems with DT/SD and outlets issues
Manage recruitment and to ensure that all NAO achieve their set target
Guide, follow up, grooming, uniform, coaching, monitoring, evaluating, selling skill
and motivating NAO
Support NAO in convincing outlets recruit
Continuously review the NAO performance by reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment of NAO and outlets to enhance effective coverage.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales report to Project lead and other reports as required
Prepare Monthly Recruitment route maps plan and keep tracking recruitment activity, performance, and prepare report
Job Specification (Requirements)
At least 2years experience in field sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance improvement
Good understanding of recruitment and sales techniques
Able to use Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
