Job Description (Responsibilities)
Looking for potential new clients
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising technique
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, seek support and solution from Supervisor, preparing reports, and making recommendations to Supervisor.
Explaining the benefits of the products, services they sell to new customers to promote and build loyalty
Keeps Supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily sales reports, weekly routing plans, competitor activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Other tasks assign by Supervisor.
Job Specification (Requirements)
A high school diplomas or BA in Sale and Marketing or related fields
Good command of Khmer, and speak and read English
Experience in sale or customer service
Familiarity with GPS devices
Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
Good at social media
Availability to occasionally OT at weekend
A polite and professional disposition
Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
A high school diploma good command of Khmer, basic command of English
Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
