Job Summary

Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs, with direct
responsibility for sales results.

Job Description (Responsibilities)

  • Looking for potential new clients

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising technique

  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, seek support and solution from Supervisor, preparing reports, and making recommendations to Supervisor.

  • Explaining the benefits of the products, services they sell to new customers to promote and build loyalty

  • Keeps Supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily sales reports, weekly routing plans, competitor activities.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

  • Other tasks assign by Supervisor.

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • A high school diplomas or BA in Sale and Marketing or related fields

  • Good command of Khmer, and speak and read English

  • Experience in sale or customer service

  • Familiarity with GPS devices

  • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods

  • Good at social media

  • Availability to occasionally OT at weekend

  • A polite and professional disposition

  • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

  • A high school diploma good command of Khmer, basic command of English

  • Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
