Nurse
Job Summary
To provide frontline nursing care, first aid, hygiene, occupational health disease support,
assist doctor and senior nurse, and ensure smooth clinic operations and accuracy records.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
Assess patient status, assist senior nurse or doctors for referrals treatment and hospital transfer.
Provide first aid or basic treatment, nursing process, medication/vaccine administration.
Provide and prepare regularly first aid items at specific sites.
Inspect canteen hygiene, clinic hygiene, medical waste hygiene management.
Control and maintain daily medical records (doctor’s prescription, lab results, certificates, etc.), medicine inventory and vaccine stock tracking (FIFO) in digital clinic system.
Assist medical check-ups, collect samples, perform basic measurements, and report.
File physical medical documents and routine report.
Response or participate in Medical Emergency Plan (MERP), first aid drill, ambulance contact info, onsite emergency.
And other related tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Specification (Requirements)
Nurse / Midwifery (associate or bachelor’s degree).
Minimum1-Year clinical experience.
Basic computer office application (MS Word/ Excel/Powder Points) and other digital skills are a plus.
Fluent in Khmer and good working knowledge of English (speaking and writing).
Clinical assessment.
Safe injection & phlebotomy.
Accuracy in documentation.
Calm under pressure.
Teamwork and clear communication.
