Job Description (Responsibilities)

Channel Sales:

  • Develop local channel sales strategies, incentive programs, collaborate and make alignment with head office team for implementation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to drive sales performance.

  • Collect sell-thru and sell-out data from partners and consolidate PSI information into actionable items, reports, and presents to head office teams.

  • Develop B2B sales opportunities, drive and report head office team, and collaborate with local partners to close pipelines successfully.

  • Provide competitive analysis and market offerings on various vendors and local partners, identify market trends, pricing, business models, sales, and methods of operations.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new local channel partners to expand market coverage.

  • Analyze, interpret data, formulate, and report promotional campaign performance and report head office teams with rationales as well as recommendations.

  • Monitor local partner performance, facilitate training and other supports to ensure success.

  • Report local B2B and consumer behavior, collaborate with head office teams to align channel activities with overall business goals.


Marketing:

  • Develop integrated local marketing campaigns and align with head office to drive brand awareness and develop local B2B lead generation.

  • Recommend head office teams for local digital marketing initiatives through social media and content marketing.

  • Collaborate with local partner and head office to create and drive compelling marketing materials and sales enablement tools.

  • Analyze and report local market trends, customer insights, and ATL/BTL marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies.

  • Recommend head office teams to organize in industry events, trade shows, and/or webinars. Participate and support in facilitation throughout the events.

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or channel sales, preferably in IT and/or printing industries.

  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and channel partner management.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and partner ecosystems.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
