Marketing Admin

Job Summary

Marketing Admin is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and reporting related to supplier quotations and invoices, coordinating seamlessly with the finance team, and overseeing agency-led sampling and activation activities to maintain compliance with guidelines.

Job Description (Responsibilities)

  • Document validation from suppliers to audit and verify if all documents are accurate as the approved quotation

  • Monthly report on quotations and invoices submitted from supplier

  • Raise proposal and PO in the systems

  • Submit the approved quote, PO and invoice with finance team

  • Audit the sampling activity/activation activity conducted by agency if the sampling team/activation team are following the guidelines


Job Specification (Requirements)

  • At least bachelor degree, preferably in finance or marketing

  • Experience in finance or marketing but fresh graduate is also open for the opportunity

  • Committed, resilient, positive mindset, can do-attitude, honest and looking for self-improvement

  • At least immediate English knowledge and can use at least basic excel, ppt, word

  • Able to travel to provinces sometimes as required

  • Able to work in hybrid environments: at the office and from home
