Compliance Officer

Job Summary

This role oversees end-to-end operations for ring pull and lid management—including redemption, reconciliation, destruction, and prize disbursement—while ensuring high compliance, security, and budget control, alongside monitoring and reporting of related expenses.

Job Description (Responsibilities)

Ring Pull Management Operation:

  1. To execute below E2E of Ring Pull Management activities temporarily with at least a 98% compliance score and ensure to comply with SOP with OTIF with key tasks list as below:

    • RP redemption (support agent’s submission, weight, Split, record, recon)

    • RP reconciliation

    • RP destruction within the day and ensure high security in case of RP received is not destruct on time

    • RP process improvement execution

    • Other RP operations

    • Issue resolutions with relevant stakeholders.

  2. RP reconciliation with variance less than 3% and share result to FD and SD by 12th of the following month.

  3. Ensure high security and safety of ring pulls.

Lid Management Operations:

  1. Cash prize disbursement (share to FD and SD for approval by 12th of the following month.

  2. Weekly sleeve check and share results to relevant team.

  3. Ensure high security and safety of Lids and prize.

Expense Management:

  1. E2E on requesting all purchase orders (PO) in the system after getting approval from Line Manager via email.

  2. Ensure ring pull related to expenses are within the budget line.

  3. P&CI Expense Monitoring: Provide and check monthly P&CI expense reports, with rationales of each expense line, and put in place Monthly Compliance & P&CI Report after getting the report from OtC team (one month lag).

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • College graduates of any course relevant to the role, with relevant training or courses relevant to accounting or auditing (preferred but not required)

  • At least one year of experience working with the exposure to accounting/stock-counting is preferable

  • Excellent speaking and writing in English and Khmer language

  • Able to use Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.

  • Ability to handle any required tasks with specific deadline(s)
