Job Summary

The HR and Admin Manager plays a multifaceted role in the organization, working closely with management to ensure compliance with company policies, smooth day-to-day operations, and the nurturing of a positive work environment, all while staying attuned to industry developments and best practices.

Job Description (Responsibilities)

  • Assist management in reviewing, revising, and updating company policies

  • Manage the flow of information throughout the company

  • Oversee Office Administration and resolve any issue in workplace

  • Field employee questions and handle any disciplinary matter

  • Work with communications department to develop new hire guides

  • Support management in talent acquisition and performance management

  • Assist in employee training and development, and fostering a dynamic company culture

  • Supervise new employee orientation and employee engagement activities

  • Propose creative ideas for employee engagement and other HR processes

  • Stay up to date with changes in employment law and industry best practices

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Excellent English language skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Adept at employee engagement

  • Demonstrates good judgment and discretion

  • Ability to implement company policies effectively

  • Has the drive to serve and be impactful

  • Highly organized and confident in taking on multiple projects at the same time
