Job Summary
The HR and Admin Manager plays a multifaceted role in the organization, working closely with management to ensure compliance with company policies, smooth day-to-day operations, and the nurturing of a positive work environment, all while staying attuned to industry developments and best practices.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
Assist management in reviewing, revising, and updating company policies
Manage the flow of information throughout the company
Oversee Office Administration and resolve any issue in workplace
Field employee questions and handle any disciplinary matter
Work with communications department to develop new hire guides
Support management in talent acquisition and performance management
Assist in employee training and development, and fostering a dynamic company culture
Supervise new employee orientation and employee engagement activities
Propose creative ideas for employee engagement and other HR processes
Stay up to date with changes in employment law and industry best practices
Job Specification (Requirements)
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent English language skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Adept at employee engagement
Demonstrates good judgment and discretion
Ability to implement company policies effectively
