Accounting & Admin Officer
Job Summary
The role is responsible for office management, bookkeeping and invoicing. Ensure company financial transactions are correctly posted and tracked both system and spreadsheet. Review and monitor on company cash flow and cash balance and report any financial related issue to management.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
Accounting:
Accounting records, bookkeeping for both manual and system.
Maintain and ensure accuracy in recording financial information.
Review and verify the information in the invoice from vendors.
Issue project invoicing and track recharge with payment due date. Ensure the project’s invoice is issued and delivered to the client on time in full.
Process staff reimbursement in accordance with company finance policy and procedures.
Prepare monthly financial report for management teams and when needed.
In charge of bank reconciliation and adjustment.
Follow up and collect payment from clients; and
Keep track of the company asset list and ensure accurate update of asset information.
Administrative:
Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment.
Manage Office’s environment. Ensure the office, pantry, and storeroom clean, and well organized. Ensure staff follow 5S methods and other companies’ guidelines and policies.
Manage subordinate’s performance. Ensure teams deliver their job and meet the company’s standards and expectations.
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Specification (Requirements)
Bachelor Degree of Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2 years of Experience in accounting or related roles.
Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellence organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pleasant personality.
Honest and willing to learn.
Able to use MS. Office & Emails.
