UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, your role is to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products. Job Description (Responsibilities)
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, and continuously improve the user experience.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance during the development process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design thinking within the organization.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency in visual identity and brand guidelines.
Support the product team in creating and maintaining a seamless and intuitive user journey.
Job Specification (Requirements)
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
Rational and analytical thinking
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding innovative design solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
