Leasing Manager
Job Summary
Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensure the strategy plan, activities of residential, commercial, and legal documents, as well as manage leasing properties. This role involves driving leasing strategies, managing a leasing team, and ensuring the property is consistently occupied at competitive rates and strong understanding of market trends, leasing negotiations, and tenant relationships, and will work closely with the property management and sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
Strategic:
Participate and provide support in decisions as a member of the management team.
Prepare and execute strategic plans to achieve sales/lease targets.
Drive initiatives to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Strong leadership and development skill to team under supervisory.
Leasing:
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, lease terms, rental payments, and leaserelated correspondence.
Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and terminations, proactively managing lease negotiations and documentation.
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and issues related to leased properties in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with legal counsel to review lease documents, ensure compliance with legal firm for hard title and legal documents processing.
Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the tenant.
Ensure all lease agreements are accurately executed and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
Collaborate with legal and property management teams to resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the leasing process.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of lease contracts, tenant rights, and building regulations.
Track and report on leasing activity, vacancy rates, lease renewals, and revenue generation.
Job Specification (Requirements)
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience in property management or leasing may be considered.
Proven experience (typically 4-5 years) in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
