HR Management Trainee

Job Summary

The Human Resources Management Trainee learns the daily operations and the overall role of the Human Resources department. He/she also drives HR shared service including recruitment, payroll, labor compliance, training, and other HR admins as per assigned by the line manager.

Job Description (Responsibilities)

  • Learn and drive daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll, labor compliance, Training and Development, and HR dashboard reports as assigned by the line manager, and/or Senior Leadership Team.

  • Assist with onboarding of new employees. Work closely with a new employee’s line manager to design and develop an onboarding plan. Keep check-in on the learning progress with a new employee, and performance of the new employee with his line manager.

  • Attach a filed visit to learn and observe field employee working environment and identify key concerns and challenges to improve their working environment.

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.

  • Provide support to the senior leadership team.

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • Fresh graduate or equivalent Human Resources experience or similar field

  • Willingness to develop expertise in all aspects of Human Resources

  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.

  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office

  • Desire to grow professionally with enthusiasm for continuous learning

  • Knowledge of current industry trends

  • Ability to work in a team and multi-stakeholders environment

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong multitasking skills
