HR Intern
Job Summary
This Intern will be on 6-month internship program. During the program, Intern will be given the opportunity to learn and deliver administration tasks in three areas of HR Services Department which includes Training, Labor Compliance, and Recruitment Services. The Intern may also attach to other areas of HR such Digital HR Solutions and/or advisory services.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
 Training Service: 70% of time
Assist in preparation of training logistics, stationaries, materials and handouts before and after training/workshop sessions.
Assist in coordinating the training schedule, location.
Standby and assist trainer during training session for both internal and external training or workshops.
Translate training materials from EN to KH or KH to EN as needed.
Control of training stationaries stock and ensure the availability of stationaries for every training/workshop.
Support training team in promoting the services to public by initiating marketing activities such as posters, flyers on social media and website, …etc.
Collaborating with marketing team, if necessary, to post/promote services.

 Labor Compliance: 10% of internship program
Produce compliance documents as required from the compliance service team.
Collect and/or deliver compliance documents from/to MoL and/or client.
Familiar with the MoL’s systems and assist in data entry as draft version.

 Recruitment: 10% of internship program
Being a Data Entry to transfer applicants’ CVs/profiles onto the candidate data base (ATS).
Assist in sourcing and screening process such as preparing and posting job ads, receiving and storing the applicants’ CVs/profile properly onto cloud documents folder.
Initial shortlist applicants and recommend to recruitment team.
Coordinate schedules for interview/test sessions between applicants, recruitment team, and hiring manager. This includes from making appointments, booking schedules, prepare CVs, JDs, test materials, interview rooms or links if online interview, and recruiting documents as per recruitment procedures.
Properly record/file/store applications and interview/test documents in the right place/folder as per company’s guidelines.
 Other areas: 10% of internship program
Assist following tasks as per instructions from HoHRS:
scheduling and passing messages from/to with system developers/users,
preparing paperwork or soft copy documents, collect and deliver documents from/to clients to fulfill the advisory service.
Job Specification (Requirements)
Year 4 Student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field.
Prior experience is not required, though relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of skills learning and development.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multitasks.
English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Competent in using Microsoft Office, internet, emails, etc.
Familiar with digital communication channels.
