Job Summary

The role is to support HR Services and Outsourcing functions on HR admin tasks including recruitment, payroll, and training.

Job Description (Responsibilities)

  • Assist Recruitment Team in Data Entry – Employee personnel information into database. Source and shortlist applicants and recommend to Recruitment Team. Involve in interviewing applicants with Recruitment Team

  • Assist HR Operation team to create employee users and profiles in HRIS, and involve in payroll computation

  • Assist Training Team on logistics preparation and coordination during for the internal training or workshop

Job Specification (Requirements)

  • Under graduate students or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field  

  • Good planning and organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Good English proficiency in both written and verbal communication

  • Competent in using Microsoft Office, Internet, emails, etc.
